I'm thinking of treating my fish with Quick Cure, and I've got a few questions for anyone with good experience with it:

1. How often should I change the water? The package says only after 3 doses...but would the meds build up in the water?

2. Should I cover the tank with a towel if the room gets a lot of sunlight?

3. What is the maximum length of time I can treat? The package says 3 days, then water change, then continue if necessary...would that mean another day or 2?

4. Should I take out both the carbon and the mechanical part of my filter?

5. Should I make sure there is absolutely no salt in the tank?
