I have a diamond tetra, red tail shark, 2 cherry barbs and a mystery fish who takes a liking to my tetra. What amount and how often can i give them bloodworms or shrimp? Or should I not even bother?

I feed my tetras freeze dried bloodworms once or twice a week. Variety is very good in their diet, but just make sure you only feed a tiny tiny bit at a time...my tetras gorge on them until their stomach's are mishapen if I give them too many!

i agree with Kissy - once or twice a week should be fine.
