I am going away to my cottage for four or five days. I am leaving in a couple hours!!! But what should I do with my bettas? I don't want to stress them out by travelling so much. Will they be okay if I leave them for a while? How long can they go (healthily) without food? AHHHH!!!!

Hmmm.... mine was OK from Friday to Sunday.... this is a little longer though... I think someone here said they left theirs for a week and he was ok.

don't worry about it. Just feed him a bit more on the couple days before you leave and feed him when you comes back. He'll be fine.

He'll be fine. Bless my poor little betta's heart but when I first got him (four years ago) I would forget to feed him for like a week and he was fine. I don't reccomend it on a regular basis at all but in certain circumstances they'll make it. Poor Cusack putting up with ditzy me all these years, sometimes I think it's a wonder he's made it this long ...
