I have treated my tank with quick cure for ick for 3 days then with fungus clear for 3 days I ddid a 25% water change between treatments. Then I read that salt was a better way to treat for parasites but after I add 3 tablespoons of salt I was told I needed to let the meds filter out first what should I do an imediate water change PLEASE HELP ME I AM SCARED FOR MY BABIES!!!!!!!!

Hang in there Tmkx3.
The experts will be here soon to help you out.
You need to post the size of your tank, filtration, your water parameters, what kinds of fish you have, and their symptoms. That way they can better help you out.

I would do a few large water changes over the next four days to get the meds out, then start a salt treatment. No treatment will work if the water is in bad shape.

Tmkx3, sorry for the duplicate questions. I think it would be better if you would post on your original thread, that way everyone can keep up with what's going on with your fish and what you have been told, and you wont be asked the same stuff over, and over.

my moore is swimming weird. i don't think he can see.I have been hand feeding him since I got him a week ago. The oranda got the food before he had a chance to get to it. 2 days ago he was swimming spasticily. When he swims he seems to float like he cant control where he is going! He flashes and runs into things. When he finds a corner he stays there. I have been feeding him peas because I thought he may be constipated. He had long white stringgy poop!! what do you think is going on?????

my fish had ick and i used quick cure. it cleared all of it up within 2 days. after that was the bad part. the quick cure was a little harsh on my fish and made one of them really stressed out. red fins rotting mouth ammonia burns. right now the fish is just startin to heal.
quick cure works but hurts the fish.
after the quick cure i put the carbon back in and salted the tank. that made my fishy better but not completely healed yet.

I did a 50% water change last night, with the 25% I already did that is about 75%. This morning my moore is acting a little more listless, he's not at the bottom or in a corner but his dorsal fin is down and he isn't swimming very much and he is still twitching. I put him in a breeders net to feed him. I gave him peas. He eats really well if I put him in there. I have always hand fed him because he doesn't see very well. I usually let him out. Should I just leave him there?

If you think you should be good to start a salt treatment after another 50% change. Add 1 teaspoon per gallon a day for three days, remember to use rock, aquarium, or canning salt and dissolve it in tank water first.

He is doing much better. I started the salt treatment yesterday. I posted about the 10Tablespoons per 10gallons. I have now treated twice, 12hrs apart,so there is 20 TABLEsppons in my tank( I have a 30g tank) I was told in my post about the dosage that this is the way to do this. I am going to wait until I hear back before add the last treatment.

You are doing fine. 1 tablespoon = 3 teaspoons and you have 30gals so you would need 10Tablespoons every 12 hrs in 3 lots.
