Well, it seems as though our betta has joined in the national pastime of picking on my hubby! Baracus will refuse to eat if my hubby feeds him, he will just sit there and stare at the pellets floating past him. If I feed him - he jumps after the pellets and dances around begging for more. Hubby fed him this morning and he wouldn't eat until I added one last pellet into the tank, he ate "mine" first then went after the others. Poor hubby! At least he knows I him!!!

LOL! That's funny! I'll have to share that one with my hubby. My betta flares (ALOT) at him when he walks up to the tank, but he doesn't flare at me!

LOL, guess they are possesive of their women caretakers! I didn't think they could recognize different people. My goldie go nuts no matter who walks by the tank. But my betta will only come out of hiding if I'm near the tank.

My old guy Spike used to do that when my mom or my friend would baby sit him! He would totaly refuse to eat! My friend even went out and bought him 3 kinds of foods, thinking mine might be expired or something! XD he chomped them down everytime I came home though!
