I had been wondering if I could be able to put a blacklight in my 30 gallon tank...I was wondering if it would hurt my fish's eyes or anything...or would it be alright?
Thanks ^^

the natural spectrum is the most healthy and best for the fish....a blacklight may mess with them a bit....

maybe you could use that as supplementation, for a bit in the night or something?

all in all, natural full spectrum is hte best. biggrin.gif

I wouldnt use a black light. I wanted one along time ago to put on the tank, and was told that they werent very good for the fish. I would buy some lunear lights (the ones they use on saltwaters) I have a set on my tank, and its really pretty, and doesnt hurt the fish at all.
