My question is, how well do you have to rinse the plants (I have thick moss) before putting them in the tank - b/c Permoyn can be used as a water conditioner and treatment in the tank - so why do you have it out SO well (It's harder with moss b/c it absorbs so mcuh liquid)?

Now I know why! It's so deep in the dense moss that it keep oxidizing - my new moss looks yucky now since I couldn't put it in the tank right away (which would have rinsed it out better). SO - If you have moss, take the time to rinse well!
