Still the same everything as b4 PH and everything is the same as my last post but now the other black moor is lying there with his head to the bottom of the tank and he tail facing the top....whats wrong with him? maybe i just wasnt made for fish

Im really sorry your fish is not happy, but sometimes it can take a while for them to recover from bad water parameters.
As in your other thread did you do the water change?

Also if you can not get test kits or afford to buy them then you can take in a sample of water to the pet/fish shop
ask them to test it for you, they will do this for Free
Ask them to write down the results not just tell you "its ok"
Its really important to know the actual figures so that someone here can work out whats going on.
