yes or no? i have some mts that i caught wild in the lake. i have had them in qt for over a month now. all the sickly one have passed on and the ones left are very hardy and healthy. i was thinking of putting them in my 45 goldfish tank to help with gravel maintenance. but would the goldfish eat them? or would they hurt the fish? i know they reporduce fast but i only have 6 or 7 of them.

I personally have not kept mine with Goldies. They are supposed to bury theirselves in the gravel, and not be seen much, but these guys I have are always out and about. Go figure! laugh.gif I've seen my Goldies eat Ram'shorns on more than one occasion,so I don't think that they would hurt them none ohmy.gif About a month or two ago,a friend sent me 6 or 7 MT's.I can't even tell you how many I have now.All you see is little tiny babies of all different sizes. They reproduce like crazy, and FAST! laugh.gif So I guess that if you did keep them with your fish-maybe that would help keep the population of them under some sort of Control. rolleyes.gif laugh.gif
