Hello, i'm thinking of getting some weather loaches for my coldwater tank. I use river rock substrate so i wanted to build a tunnel network for the loaches out of pvc pipe. I want to use the black pvc so it will be less visable. so I was wondering if the black pvc was usable like the white, or will it cause problems for my fish? Also, would there be any compatability issues between weather loaches and my rubbernose plec? thanks!

As far as I'm aware,the Black PVC should be fine.As for the Bristlenose's,mine don't bother anyone-not even the Apple Snails who steal the Zuchinni from right under them.They're normally very docile fish unless it's a terretorial thing with another male Bristle.

ok, thanks! I've been wanting these weather loaches for sometime now, but i wanted them to be happy. So i guess i'll get started on making them tunnels!
