Yes, your Cheetos is looking good and healthy....he looks so cool..he looked just like my Chii when i first got her...check my siggy..(botton right corner)
and now my Chii has grown a few inches

again i must say you need a bigger tank.

One gallon isnt enough water to keep him healthy for long. if money is tight then a 5 gallon with a filter will be adequate for the short term.

your fish is lovely and to me looks like a fantail.
