My goldfish is 2 weeks old I am trying to keep him alive, has not been able o eat, and have tried crushed flakes and small worms. Have given it antiboditica for 4 day. He in a 5 gallon aquariums and need help on what else to do. I am new here so forgive any errors.

would you be able to answer as many of the following questions, it will give a better idea of what is going on. Thanks

Ammonia Level?
Nitrite Level?
Nitrate level?
Ph Level?
Ph Level out of the Tap?
Tank size(How many Gals) and How long has it been running?
What kind of Filtration?
How often do you change the water and how much?
What kind of Water additives or conditioners?
Any Medications add to the tank?
How many fish in the tank and there size?
Add any new fish to the tank?
What do you feed your fish?
Any unusual findings on the fish? Such as "grains of salt", bloody streaks, frayed fins, fungus?
Any unusual behavior? Like staying at the bottom, not eating, ect..?
If you can what is the chloramines Level from the Tap?

First off it's 10 gallon per fancy goldfish and 15 gallon for single tail.So you will need a new tank.And did you cycle the tank?Please answer all the questions in the above box.

Do you mean you've only had your goldie two weeks or it is literally only two weeks old?
