I saw online somewhere that anacharis are good greenies for goldfish to eat, and other places that goldfish will leave them alone. Conflicting information! Help someone

with mine...it depends on their moods. They will leave it alone for a long time and then suddenly one day it's half eaten go figure!!

I've heard from a bunch of different people that fish love Anacharis; in general, fish tend to eat narrow-leaved plants more than broad-leaved plants.

A friend of mine has a tank of orandas that completely devoured her anacharis, but my fancies never touch it I guess it is kind of trial and error to see if your fish will eat it.

mine didn't touch the stuff for a 2 weeks...then I noticed jacktake a nibble and was like "wow..this isn't like the plastic/silk plants
2 days later, the plants where "mowed down" to to speak...

my goldfish will eat the walmart bulb plants but only nibble on anarcharis
