Ramshorn's are very hard to keep in check once they start breeding. As gross as it may sound,I know alot of people that actually find the clear globs of eggs & "squish" them with their finger.

Certain fish also help by eating them.I have Ramshorns in my one smaller goldie tank,& although they're in there, you never see the babies so someone is apparently finding the eggs & keeping them under control.

One thing that you can also do to cut down the breeding,is to cut down on the amount of feeding that you're doing in that tank. You'll be surprised at the reduced amount of snails that you find if you do that. I've had unwanted RAmshorns for about a year now.I've actually reduced the number's alot, but they're still not gone yet.
