I saw a product-forgot what it was called-that elimanates a certain chemicals.
like ammonia,nitrites,and some others... wink.gif
should i buy them?

I wouldnt trust it, personally.... if there were a wonder product out there that really did all that, we;d all be in heaven watching our fish in perfect water!

i think its that stuff in a yellow bottle, right? I cnat remember the name but i seen it too, kinda skeptical, i am. exactly.gif

Sounds like Prime or something along those lines. Which is just a dechlorinator and it can be used to bind chemicals but it should never be used to completely replace your test kits.

exactly.gif there are alot of products out there that say they will eliminate toxic ammonia, and nitrites, but honestly, i wouldnt trust them. All they do is bind the chemical, and turn it into something else. Only way to eliminate the toxic stuff in the tank is with water changes. It would be great if there was a product out there that acctually could do that, but at this time, there isnt.
