well what kind rice(if i can), how much gotta cook it, etc.

It won't hurt once in a while, but not as a main food, since they can't digest carbohydrates i believe, someone correct me if i'm wrong. But i usually just give them a little bit of cooked rice.

For swimbladder I would suggest feeding your fish steamed, shelled peas for about three days after a two day fast. I've heard that feeding your goldies a bit of steamed rice about once a week is helpful in preventing SBD but I have never heard of using it more regularly than that.
