Can bettas eat hamburger? like litttttttle chunks of it? cooked or raw? just for a little treat every once in a while? (like whenever we eat hamburger which isnt often) Is that ok for em? I know thier carnivores. and according to some people on this form, 'Whatevericanfindtoteatthatwillfitintomymouthavores' rofl3.gif

EDIT: once i accedentially fed em wardley goldfish crumbles and.... they ate it like they eat blood worms! piggies!

2nd EDIT: I ask this cause were having hamburgers tonight incase anyone wonders what possessed me to ask such a question.

i have to say thai have no idea! i can see that it ould be a problem though. i suppose they eat other kinds of meat so i dont see any reason as to why a hamburger would be different. smilie_staub.gif

I'd be afraid to feed fish hamburger meat lol. Its all fatty and stuff..and I don't think fish are supposed to be eating cow. That's not how I picture the fishy food chain lol! I like to feed my fish shrimp when we are having that for dinner smile.gif

I may be wrong tho, that is a really good question.

I have read that fish don't digest meat very well, other than fish and seafood type things.

Humm, more hamburger for you rofl3.gif
