Ranchu you should have went with me up to Oregon Koi, it just so happens he has some top notch very high quality 2 year olds that I would have gave my eye teeth for. There was a showa in that tank that would give a standard fin a run for the money. A jaw dropping down right gorgouse! Hubby took a shine to a standard fin, GinkinRin Asagi in the same tank, i'm like yeah.. ok, I know you have good taste my dear, i'm betting that's a 350.00 fish! turns out that was 250.00 tank.... lets talk break the bank!

I could have bought at least two of the butterfly's in that tank that caught my fancy, the showa was one and I'm not a fan of Kohaku, but he had one in that I could honestly say I liked for once! I did end up spending double what I had planned on as it was, lol!
Scott,
lol, It happens There's a few more available in that pond, I know Arthur ships too. The web sight is still under Sunset Koi & Water Gardens. I think the ponds are so lovely there! The blood lines are japanese and I was told the color stays well with the Japanese bloodlines. There's a notation on my sales slip, Suda it say's, I assume thats the breeder. I paid $75.00 each. There's a nice one about a inch bigger then Pad but the head was solid red. Looked promising though!
TY Demi,Pond,Kissy,Black!
And Kissy, it just depends on what you go for, I try to stay mid range, not too cheap, but not to spendy. Pick your fish in two's and you can get some variety of color going. Last year I bought 4- 2 year olds, Lemon yellow matsuba, two ginkinrin Yamabuki's, male & female and one that is the most deliciouse translucent carmel color with the longest fins. So very graceful that one!
