Really?! I had wondered about seaweed. Is it worth the price? It was expensive when I looked at it. But if it won't fall apart like kiwi, I'd be willing to spend a little for a treat. smile.gif

Yep, that's the seaweed salad.... I wonder why my snails won't eat it? Maybe cuz it's really old? rolleyes.gif

user posted imagehahahaha! I bought two as light striped Pinks, but every seller seems to have a different name! I was looking at my baby snails today, and I think I spotted something colored similar to them!!!! heartpump.gif Not too many though & they're really tiny so I can wait to see their color as they age! heartpump.gif

The purple variations' names aren't all worked out yet. They look very much like Light Striped Purples, the pink variation. According to Donya. (http://www.angelfire.com/va/myevolution/snails/bridgesii.htm)

The second one in looks sort of chestnut to me. Although that isn't quite yet a recognized color. I had one that looked like that when she was young but now she's huge and old and is Burgundy. So confusing.

They are gorgeous though. smile.gif
Black oranda

Those snails are definately more pink than purple in person -for sure. As for the second pic,I'm pretty sure it was a chestnut,my Burgandy's are much darker.I think that there are alot of color's out there with slight variations, that don't have a name. For myself,-Chocolate snails, they were "wild".Well, I have a lot of brown snails, and you would be surprised to see just how many different shades of brown there are on snails. Some with stripes/some without. It's truly amazing. I don't know that anyone will be able to keep up with the Brig's color charts the way it's going. rolleyes.gif
