I finally was able to find fry food at petsmart! Imagine that,, it's made by Wardley ..never seen it before but I tried it out and the little ones love it. I hope they start getting bigger alot faster now.

wow, good for you. ive tried forever to get some proper fry food but i never could so they had to make do with daphnia paste. they seemed to like that though. its just hard trying to ween them off it now and onto proper food. they refuse to eat anything else! lol.GIF

Freshly hatched brine shrimp are also very nutricious for the fry. All you need is Rock or aquarium salt, brine shrimp egg, a 2 l pepsi bottle (empty of course hah.gif ) and an airstone. Those things hatch within 24 hours with warm temperature, and hold quite a few hours in the tank, so the little fish can take time chasing after them and gobble them up. yuma.gif

yeah, all the shops round me stopped selling them so i have to grow my own. i get some funny looks from the shop owner when i go to buy a kids sea monkey growing kit! lol.GIF
