earth worms? thanks!
Raith
bump. anyone else? tried earthworms and know what protein etc is in it?
maniacholic
if you can find stapled dry earthworms multiply the nutritional value usually located at the back or side of the logo then multiply the amount by 110-125%, and usually you'll find the rough value of nutrition amount afterwards. tell me if you don't understand what i am trying to say...

Sorry.. had too much work and not enough time to keep up with forums!
I have no idea.
Let's see.
From: http://www.wormman.com/pd_red.cfm
Nutritional Analysis of Red Worms
Moisture- 84.8%
Fat- 2.0%
Ash-0.7%
protein- 10.5%

Doesn't add up to 100% so I'm assuming they didn't mention 2% carbs.
If we disregard the water content and just add up the proximates (protein, fat, ash and carbs) that can be translated into:
13% carb
13% fat
5% ash
69% protein
