Old Man, one of my albino corys was humanely euthanised this morning. I found him motionless, on his side, breathing hardly at all, so I use clove oil to put him down. He was my oldest fish, has been with me since BEFORE I got into goldfish. He was 5 years old. I wouldn't normally post about a cory cat passing, since I can't tell them all apart anyway, but I could tell Old Man from the rest. He was a special fish, and he lived thru a lot of my fish mistakes I use to make before I found Koko's.

RIP little guy, you were a good buddy.

I'm so sorry to hear about your fish. It's aways hard to lose a fish. They get themselves all tangled up in our heart strings don't they? Five years is a lot more time than most fish live. I know he was happy with you.

Oh man,that sucks Erika...Especially,Old Man really wasn't so old....It's a shame you couldn't save the little bugger. My albino's went crazy after their water change,AGAIN! I only managed to get about 20/25 eggs though.Everyone in the tank was eating them as fast as she was laying them! I allready have about 15 of them,so...........If the little guys hatch and make it okay--- Maybe I'll send you some this summer......
