You see, my aunts pond became a bit dirty, and well my unlce changed all of the water Using no conditioner and 3 fishies died .
I need to know how much water I should be treating, how do I find out the capacity of the pond?
The cycle has crashed no doubt about that... What should I (They) do?

you should also tell them that they should get something to jump start their bio filter. Certainly with just the water change there are still some good bacteria growing in the media but they've probably lost most. Microbe lift is a great product to help boost the bio filter. There are other products as well.
