Yippy, my friend and I ordered Pro Gold from goldfishconnection.com and it arrived today. I will start feeding my fish tomorrow and I will let you know how my fish take to it. And I will let you know what ever I find about the food and I will try several of the feeding techniques that I've read about on this site. It was a better deal to order enough for two people and then share the cost and shipping.

progold is good stuff. Even though they are sinking pellets, i still soak them for about 5 -10 mins then i crush them down a bit. So that they are in smaller pieces. So far so good.
