We have a Pearlscale and a Ranchu (lionhead) in a 37 gal tank and want to add another fish this weekend. We have had a bad experience with a ryukin being too aggressive, and wanted to get a nice peaceful fish.

We were thinking about a black moor.

Feeding hasn't been a problem so far as they are learning to be hand fed.

Would a black moor be too aggressive and start nipping at the other guys?

The black moors ive had in the past usually werent aggressive to the other fish. The main thing would be making sure each of them gets enough food. What about another lionhead? I love lionheads, their soooo cute.

Thanks for the advice. Btw...if you have to quarantine a fish for 4 weeks should we have a full seperate tank set up? Or would they be ok in a bowl or something like that?
