all params are fine he was in apond and then this morning he was floating on his side with a bulge on the side he was floating sorry cant take any pictures.

Can you post the params of the pond/tank? THis is helpful to us. WE also need more info on the set up and how many fish....etc....all the questions in the box above.
It is not a good sign and at this point it could be so many things it is hard to make the call without the info we need.

the ammonia is at 0 the nitrate is at 0 the nitrite is at zero the hardness is at 50 the and the ph is at 7.2 the size of the aquarium is 20 gallon i feed him tetra fin goldfish flakes every two days when i do a water change i add stress coat and stress zyme and ammo lock its been running for a week and i have one other fish in the tank but i moved the sick fish to a quarintine tank both the fish are about one inch long right now I dont have a filter but am saving up for one and doing a water change every two days thanks for your help!!!

I am sorry to hear that.
Gf need a filter or do a 100% water change each and everyday. The biological cycle is very important and without the filter the fish are very likely to get sick and die.
I am sorry to tell you this. I would keep a very close eye on the other fish, and change the water daily.

Are you familar with cycling a tank? On koko's main page there is a great article on how and why, I think it would be good for you to read it and if you have any questions just let us know.
