can somebody please explain to me what are those white bubbles that dont go away on the top of the water???they came ever since i got a new filter please answer thx!!!!

Sometimes bubbles that don't go away are caused by adding too much of the stuff you use to dechlorinate the water. It may have just showed up after getting a new filter because the new filter makes more bubbles than the other one.
