Im back from a very long vacation so i can now get any fish i want on friday!!!

Sorry, don't know anything about tropicals but with a topic name like yours I just had to read your post. Wish I could have anything I wanted. Not really.

platys, mollies and guppies all the way dude! swordtails i would think twice about. they get aggressive sometimes! and some snails... and... maybe even a little pleco!

tetra tank. you can get so much colour and watching them interact is great fun.

or what about paradise fish? or a pair of small cichlids? live bearer tank? theres plenty of choice amongst small fish and i think the best thing you can do is take your time and look around your pet shop and see what catches YOUR eye.

yeah, thats true. if everyone liked the same thing it would be a boring world..... in koko.. tetras are so pretty and stay small. oh oh! maybe a heavily planted tank with ghost shrimps? and those small crabs? they look SO cool.

I would be cautious about snails. It turned out thats what brought the parasites that killed all of my fish into my tanks. I had golden snails in there for a while.
