I'm not sure, but I've always have feed my goldies flakes~n~veggies, so I chose flakes

I said flakes because if fish get pellets before they "blow up" then it could expand in their stomach. and then worms and veggies seem more like a supplement. But that is just what I think

actually the right answer for me is all of them except flakes cause of the swim bladder problem...

I feed my two gorgeous g-fish flakes, which I supplement veg and other foods. If I suspect swim-bladder disease comming on in one of my fish, i give then nothing but peas for a couple of days. This seems to do the trick.

i think flakes are better because if you soak them they fall to the bottom and they goldfish gets them quicker and pellets hold airbubbles

i feed my goldies everything with soaked pellets as a supplement. lmao Its like gel food without the gel.

I like the pellets, Pro Gold is my preference, I just soak them before feeding. I find my guys spend alot of time searching the bottom for that last little morsel.

pellets for me, but if the do not sink like pro-gold & tetra fin japan - then pre soak.
