I have an oranda and a moor. Can I feed them Hikari Oranda food, or would it be bad for the moor?

I think he will be just fine. I don't think they are made only for orandas, I know with that food you can feed it with any type of gf. It has higher protein to help with wen growth, but I think it'll will be fine.
Remember though that it tends to float so soak it thoroughly so it sinks.

Theres another hikiri food for lion heads that sinks, its helps with wen growth as well (apparently) so you might want to try that, my two love it and they are orandas not lionheads.

No... it just has stuff in it to increase wen growth, and if there is no wen, then there is nothing to make bigger...
