There are these bubbly things floating at the top of my tank, not all of them the same size, but small, so they kinda look like eggs and they don't pop. My male fish died, so none of them can fertilize the eggs if they were eggs.

if they are fertilized, then put them somewhere else.
but since your male fish died, then its free food. i havent heard or seen floating eggs but it could be that the eggs were detached from the plant your female fish laid then floated..

I haven't had experience with floating eggs.They usually don't float.They stick to plants or settle at the bottom which sticks to gravel.Maybe it is just bubbles

I thought they were air bubbles too, but they haven't popped all day. I guess they are eggs.

i used to get them when i was about 7 and diddnt have them in a big enough/and clean tank. It's just lots of little air bubble's trying to get to the sur face but cant,and are held in place under some film ( i think thats the name) its the stuff flooting on the top of the water, had to see. BUT i cant be sure unless u can send a photo.... p.s they diddn't pop untill i was squeezing them , hope this helped
