I had some trouble getting my new fish to eat much until I dropped some jar pea baby food into the tank. He went right for it! I just wanted to know if anyone else has fed baby food before, or if you have any other food experiences you'd like to share. All ears. Mmmm..... baby food.

I haven't used it myself, but if I'm not mistaken I believe I have read somewhere on this board that some people do use baby food peas to make their gel food.

That sounds cool, what kind of fish is it?

He's a little common. My parents say I shouldn't feed it to him because he'll get used to it and not eat other food and they're not buying baby food every week for a fish....anyways, some help in convincing them it's okay?

Maybe he wasn't eating too good because he wasn't used to his new environment.

That sounds funny I should try that on my commons. You could try to make gel food with a mixture of fish food and baby food, if your parents dont let you buy anymore baby food buy it with your own money.
