Can I feed my GF tomatoes?
Also, I was noticeing that the wardley brand medium pellets that I buy for my GF (I soak them until soft all the way through and then feed... I also know that I don't overfeed) is making a select few of my fish constipated.
With this, I wanted a higher quality food, and have heard some raves about Hikari lionhead..... but, when I went to buy some, I notices how SMALL each pellet was.... so I knew that to feed my fish, I would just have to dump the peelets on the waters surface. I always hand feed my fish so I KNOW there is no left over food, and so I know EACH fish is getting enough.
OH! heres a thought! maybe hakari selles pellets that are bigger, but just not at the pets supplies pluse where I was at?
Also, Can you guys recommend any other good brands for me?
thanks

I am not sure of this, but I would venture to say not the seeds. I too wonder about the acididty of the tomatoes.
Hmmm I wonder what others will say.

I wouldn't have thought the acidity would be a problem as i think i read that others on here have fed goldfish orange which is very acidic, i might mess with the pH of the tank if left in for too long tho. Other than that i hve no idea, i'm sure someone must know.

Don't think i'm going to try it.

I have fed my gf tomatoes(not the skin or the seeds though!) with no bad side effects, and they loved them!
