it's the phrase "he doubled in size". most of the people who just started to use pro-gold because of koko, also had their awareness heightened because they read articles or member's tips during the new user's usual search of "the perfect food", I'm just afraid that statements with no concideration of other factors will cause people to look for these miracle solution and stop them from taking in account of factors not mentioned.
But if he said something like "I have tried pro-gold as suggested by the users here, I do my
usual maintenance check, weekly water change, and instead of feeding "Tetra"(no offense tetra I'm going to use you as an example) I used pro-gold and my fish has almost doubled in size since the switch!" stating that the
only change in the goldfish was the diet would prove something.
no offense to you guys once again

...since most of his other conditions remained the same at the time. Maybe he had some gentic program to grow alot all at once coincidentally with his new food...
If you wouldv'e stated something like that before I would have taken your observation in account before and said something like "what food were you using before"
No offense for pointing you out graham I just don't want people to gamble what they love so much with a hope of a "miracle", whether it be food or whatever
