Ijust recently bought a snow drop pleco or in other words a black pleco with white spots and I wondered what you folks might know about them. So far, all I know is they are sensitive and get along well with goldfish and are extremely expensive $26. Does any one know where they are orrigionally from? Iheard they are not being bred in captivity and that this is why so expensive. I was shocked to hear that just after buying the fish. is it true? Oh, by the way! I am so happy for my goldies. I just recently got a 55 gallon tank for my two red capped orandas so that they can grow. big tank, nice and roomy.

Wow he sounds gorgeous but I don't know if he would be safe for gf. Most people will tell you any one is, but I don't like to take chances.
