can some ghost shrimp live with my goldies or will they just be a snack??

definitely a snack! If your interested on shrimp, why not try to find a couple few bamboo/amano shrimp? They get a little bigger and big enough to keep from being eaten by most medium sized goldfish. Altogether cool shrimp too!

Most probably a snack, but im sure if your tank has full of hiding places for the shrimp, then theres a chance for them to live. But bigger shrimp might be better

Oh when I find them most of the time I can get them 4 for a buck, I get about 2 dollars worth and give them to my goldfish

The local nooppee carries them here most of the time. I've bought them now and then for a little snack. LoL It sometimes takes a few days before the goldfish find them though. The poor little shrimp like to hide under the edge of the filter away from the goldfish for as long as possible. My last ghost shrimp made it almost a full week before one of my fish finally found him! LoL
