are there any pix/descriptions of the breeding tubernicles floating around on here??


can they be on the little flipper fins too?? and all over their heads?!? blink.gif

I would assume, but I don't know as I never saw them in real life. smile.gif

They are very visible on dark fish, as they are white. They look like little grains of salt in real life, stuck to the gill flaps and pectoral fins of the male fish. If your fish has them, you can deffinatly tell.

They only get them if they are sexually mature, maybe yours are just too young to breed yet?
