Hi Panda, could you please answer all of the questions at the top of the page, this can help us better to know what and how to get rid of it.

It could be ich, is there a way of taking a picture?
Ich tends to look as if the fish has salt on it. The spots stick out alittle, does this sound like what you are incountering?

yes, low chloramine level in the tap, change water 1-2 times a week ,have not added any foreign chemicals into tank

Hi Panda-Oranda,

I also think it sounds like ich - which is fairly easy to cure so don't panic - but we really need to know more information first, particularly what the ammonia, nitrite and nitrate levels are and your water-changing and cleaning routine. It is possible that your fish are suffering from poor water quality, so we need to rule that out first. smile.gif
