132 + 80 is 212 gph. That is about 15 times turnover per hour - a nice amount. Even when these filters are working at less than capasity when they get slightly dirty, you have wiggle room in your filtration.
Since you have two fish in a 14 gallon tank, as they grow bigger, they will challenge your biological filter more and more. The Eheim has plenty of volume of biological media, so it will be your main workhorse keeping that tank cycled and healthy. I do not know about the Tetra - I have never dealt with one, but if it is good mechanical, then you should do OK for quite a while.
Those fish will eventually get big enough that you will really only be able to house one in a 14 - most of my big fish require at least 20 gallons - a few would be crowded in a 30 by themselves. Just keep that in mind for the future.
