for the past year i've been using aquasafe de-chlorinator despite the host of problems it's caused ranging from foaming to not actually even removing the cholorine in the tap water. it's time for a change.

i need something that will remove both chlorine and chloramine and perferably doesn't contain any slime coat enchancers.

what would you suggest?

Aquarium Pharmaceuticals brand Super Strength
Tap Water Conditioner is what I use for my kids.
Removes chlorine, breaks chloramine bond, detoxifies
heavy metals. 3 drops per gallon or 3/4 teaspoon per
20 gallons. It's about $9 (US) for 16 oz. found at places
like Petco or Petsmart. I've been using it for well over
a year with no problems. smile.gif If anyone remembers
Happygoldfish, this is what she was using.

Here's the website for them: www.aquariumpharm.com
