my father dont trust online sites and payment.. like that.. =\
its a 27gallon tank.
its mostly in depth than in width.

Look for an Aqua Clear 70 (300 gph). They usually are under $20 (plus shipping) but they come with the media you need if you order from www.petsolutions.com.

Yes, the turnover rate. You want the water to turn over 10 times per hour, so for a 27 gallon tank you'd want around 270 gph... The AC 70 turns it over 300 times an hour so that's just about perfect, and the Aqua Clears are adjustable so you can turn it up or down if you feel its too much.
I use those on all my 29's though, and not even the betta has issues with too much current.
