My tank water is green eve though my nitrate is 0. Nitrite is 0, ammonia is 0 and PH is 7.5 (I been having problems with it but now its good) some of you know I had some problem with my water recently regarding a whitish water now what can I do to get rid of the green water? I have been doing water changes every day with out any success.
Should I get a UV sterilizer? If so which one will be a good to go with my 404 fluval? I got a 60g tank
Thanks

Hi Steven, I am not sure but could you have algae building up and causing this? Often in my betta tank this occurs and it needs a good wipe down.
Also I have noticed that your tank is not cycled, this could also be a cause. Hope you get it figured out soon.

Hi LaurieP
I did water changes again seriously this green water makes the tank look ugly the water keep getting greener but there is no algae growing on the tank should I change all the tank water?
What do I do?
What UV sterilizer is good to buy? The one they sell here in Sydney they go by watts is a 6 watt a good one with my 404 fluval
Thanks

daphnia like to eat green water. You can put them in a breeder net in the tank.
