what specialties does it do for my GF?

feeding vegetables like peas adds roughage to the goldfishes diet that isn't provided in processed food. feeding roughage helps prevent constipation and in turn can help to correct and prevent swim bladder problems.

plus..nearly all goldfish really go wild for peas, so feeding them adds a bit of variety and happiness to their lives

yes...it's alittle hard for them to digest the skin....
