I have my ramshorns and their babies in a bowl becuase I feel a bit starnge letting them loose in my 52 gallon tank. I dont have much time to maintain the bowl with regular water chages and it isnt convienent to place a filter in there. All my power points are being used at the moment. Do you think if I got one of those plastic boxes that stick to the inside of you tank, the ones they use to separate bettas or pregnant live bearing fish from other fish, and put a little plant in there for the ramshorns, that would be ok? I'm just try to cut down on the amount of tanks/bowls I have, so if I do this it would make life alot easier for me.

Just wondering if this would be a good idea, or should I just keep them in the bowl?

you could do that.. but be warned snails will crawl out of the box and into the tank lol... there's no barrier tough enough for a snail haha

I might go out check these little plastic boxes at the lfs. I would prefer to have the ones with the little holes in it so that water can flow through, but I dont want them to escape at the same time <_<

I will go and check it out and post back smile.gif
