I have a ton of tiny crustation-looking things on the sides of my tank! They move away pretty fast when I scrape algea off the sides. I also found that one of my rocks with the red algea on it has a ton of tiny feather dusters on it!! I'm soo excited. biggrin.gif I hadn't seen my two big feather-dusters in awhile and was afraid I didn't have any anymore- but I guess I have a ton of them.

I need to update the pics of my tank as the engineer goby (which I've decided must be an eel) has completely redecorated it. : ) I quite like what he's done though. It's much better than anything I could have done. He's pretty big now too.

Some sad news though, I found my Lawnmower Blenny who'd been missing for awhile dried up on the floor. cry3.gif I was so sad but tried to hold in my emotions. Then later while watching Iron Chef the main ingrediant was octopus and I was horrified. Then one of the chefs dropped the living octopus onto the ground and it fell down the stairs and exploded into pieces. I just broke down and started balling. My boyfriend hastily turned the channel for me. I couldn't hold in my sorrow over my fish anymore, not to mention the poor, innocent octopi. Anyway, the tank's coming along nicely except for that.

I'd bet that the crustation looking things are either copepods or arthopods. Sorry to hear about the blenny but glad to hear the tank is going well otherwise smile.gif

Im sorry to hear about your blenny hun. Do you have any parts on the tank top that is open cause I know that the blennys and the Gobbies are great jumpers. sad.gif

The little critters like "troyjames" said might be what your seeing. I see alot of those in my tank.

Feather Dusters are great to watch.....biggrin.gif

Yes I do have some open areas but I didn't think they were big enough for any of my fish to go through. Especially the poor little lawnmower. He didn't seem like a jumper. I'm really worried about my other fish doing it too. the lid to my tank is just four glass panels. They don't fit snuggly around the overflow box or the return valve thingy. The guy I got the tank from only used two of the four panels! So he even had more open space then I do.
