Hey Peeps! (I'm feeling slightly cool today ;p) I'm trying a new recipe for gel food and I wanted to know what you all would think before I actually fed it to the fish

1 cp water
1 gelitin packet
about 1 1/2 tsp blood worms
about 1 1/2 tsp bio blend gf pellets
1/2 cup peas

mixed gelitin into water and put in micro for about a minute
stripped peas and added blood worms and pellets, smushed well into a paste
added water and gel and then put in ice cube tray-

I heard that 1 cube should feed about a week, right or wrong?

any thoughts?

I also heard someone say they put vitamins in their food- what kind, dose, etc...

That sounds pretty good to me. smile.gif

I use an adult multivitamin in about 3 cups of gel.

like an adult one-a-day or centrum?

Those should work. I'd either use only part of a pill or make larger batches of gel as the vitamins contain fat soluable vitamins which can be toxic when overdosed. I used OneSource, Multivitamin-Multimineral Adult High Potency Formula.
