Just bought some tangerines, and am wondering if they are OK for goldies, and how do they compare to oranges for nutrition?

I didn't realize that mandarin oranges and tangerines were the same thing. Compared to oranges, the tangerines are similar in calories and percent sugar carbs. Lower in vitamin C than oranges. higher in Beta Carotene and vitamin A than oranges.
