how would i go about sexing my danios? <_<

danio females are larger and fatter than the males.

how can you tell if they are breeding or not? what is the breeding behaviour?

how can you tell if they are gravid or just fat?

My danio's flare thier fins and swim around and around each other. It is really beautiful. This might be mating behaviour, but don't quote me!

When spawning the males generally swim frantic circles around the females, then they press their bodies together and the female releases a burst of eggs..

That my friend, is when the rest of the mob swarms in and eats them as fast as they can!!

As far as gravid vs fat, I'm not too sure. My females were always fat, but they wouldn't always try to get the males' attention. Sometimes they would ignore them, other times they'd sort of flirt and that's when I'd see eggs released.
