Hi! People keep mentioning "clamping", and I think one of my black moores is doing that a little. I know I've seen something on the site about it, but for the life of me I can't seem to find it! So can anyone either explain what it is and why it occurs or redirect me to someone/someplace I can find out? Thanks!

Fin clamping. When your fish is 'clamping' their fins. Holding them close to their bodies, not holding thier top fin straight up etc...
It is usually from stress, a problem caused by water quality etc... is your tank cycled right? Doing a rather large water change may help. I would change about 35% of the water and see what happens. Do you have any water testing kits available to you to test the water? If not, most fish shops will test water for free. Get it tested and post the results here. It would help us help you out.

Parasites can also cause clamping but poor water quality is the common cause.

Ah. Thanks! Yeah, my tank is still cycling, so it's a bit off. I just wanted to make sure it wasn't a sign of anything much worse, like a disease, or anything. (Right now I'm almost positive it's the water quality. The ammonia's finally going down, but I'm sure the nitrite'll spike before too much longer, so I'll keep a close eye.)
