I cant tell the difference betweeen male and female kribs!
I cant even tell the difference between Male and Female Mollies! lol
Can someone help me?

it depends on the age of them really. usually the pet shop get them really young . the males are usually longer and more slender than the females and the females develpo the red belly first . heres a couple of pics from my fish

Here's a pic of my 2 kribs, the female has a more round belly spot, is shorter in body length and her colors are more bold. The males also tend to have longer fins. Its pretty obvious when you see them colored up in good clean water, but I can definately see how it would be hard to sex young ones or ones in nasty fish store water and crowded conditions.

Male mollies have a gonopodium which means that their anal fin is rod-shaped. here is a pic of a male molly note his anal fin.pic of male molly
